As a Clinical Education Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of educational resources tailored for clinical trials. Your expertise will guide healthcare professionals through the intricacies of device utilization and procedural protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and refine educational materials for clinical research initiatives.
  • Offer specialized knowledge on medical devices, procedural techniques, and clinical protocols throughout the investigation process.
  • Certify medical centers, practitioners, and support staff in accordance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with leading experts and clinical proctors to enhance educational outreach.
  • Provide training on device operation, implantation methods, and troubleshooting strategies.
  • Continuously improve training resources based on insights gained from clinical trials.
  • Educate and mentor physicians and hospital personnel on technical aspects related to investigational devices.
  • Offer ongoing support during commercial applications of devices.
  • Guide and mentor new Clinical Specialists in the field.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to implement strategic growth initiatives.
  • Validate updates to software and hardware in real-world settings.
  • Stay informed on market dynamics and competitive trends.
  • This position requires approximately 60% travel.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device or clinical sector.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in training within a clinical or technical setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with cardiovascular science, anatomy, and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
