We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing clinical education materials, providing expertise, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and certify clinical education materials in connection with clinical investigations.
- Provide clinical insights and expertise on devices, procedures, and protocols throughout the life cycle of clinical investigations.
- Interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and proctors to ensure successful clinical trials.
- Provide education and training on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials, and training tools.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Management to plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts.
- Validate software and hardware updates in the field as applicable.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive activity, and assigned accounts.
- 5 years of experience in a related medical device and/or clinical environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Training experience in a clinical or technical environment.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time.
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Full knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
