They are currently in search of an experienced Lead Construction Project Manager with significant expertise in overseeing vertical construction projects from initial planning to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee vertical construction projects from pre-construction phases to project completion.
  • Create detailed project plans, encompassing timelines, financial budgets, resource distribution, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to fulfill project specifications.
  • Track project advancement, recognize potential challenges, and apply corrective measures as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, building regulations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Compile and deliver regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Encourage effective communication and teamwork among project personnel and external collaborators.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, amendments, and project closure processes.
  • Supervise the acquisition of materials and subcontractor services.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor and manage project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 15 years of project management experience, particularly in vertical construction.
  • Demonstrated success in managing vertical projects (40+ stories) from inception to completion.
  • In-depth understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar tools).
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is advantageous.
