About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at THE TEA CO. LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and staff, to ensure effective project execution.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks to minimize their impact on the project.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements
  • Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
