About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. as a key member of our construction department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate and manage construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
    • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members.
    • Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
    • Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring they are within approved budgets.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a senior role.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
    • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.

    • Highly organized and proactive, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
