Role Summary

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Coordinator to enhance our Talent Acquisition team. This pivotal role involves providing essential administrative and operational support to our recruitment consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with human resources policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational and administrative assistance throughout the recruitment process, aligned with our Service Level Agreement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our policies, practices, and guidelines related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Assist the team with various Talent Acquisition and administrative functions.
  • Oversee the background check procedures, applying escalation protocols for both internal and external hires as well as job transitions.
  • Ensure that all processes executed in Contact People adhere to established workflows, guaranteeing data integrity and an exceptional stakeholder experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination.
  • Familiarity with Workday is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong team player who embraces change and is committed to ongoing improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a strong focus on customer service.
  • A positive attitude, autonomy, and a strong ethical foundation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated discretion, diplomacy, resourcefulness, and initiative.
  • Bilingualism is required for candidates in Quebec to effectively interact with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • For candidates outside of Quebec, bilingualism in French and English is essential to manage Talent Acquisition files involving French-speaking clients.

Work Environment:

This role operates under a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance two days a week.
