Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a Coordinator to enhance our Talent Acquisition team. This pivotal role will involve delivering ongoing administrative and operational support to recruitment consultants while ensuring adherence to best practices and human resources policies.

This is a temporary position with a contract duration of 12 months, requiring in-office attendance two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive operational and administrative assistance throughout the recruitment process, adhering to our Service Level Agreement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our policies, practices, and guidelines regarding Talent Acquisition transactions.
  • Assist the team with various Talent Acquisition and administrative duties.
  • Oversee the background check process, applying escalation protocols for both internal and external hires as well as job transitions.
  • Ensure all processes executed in Contact People align with established workflows to maintain data integrity and deliver an exceptional stakeholder experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in recruitment coordination.
  • Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • A strong team player who welcomes change and is dedicated to continuous improvement.
  • Exemplary collaboration skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • A positive demeanor, independence, and a strong ethical foundation.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to foster relationships.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exhibit discretion, diplomacy, resourcefulness, and initiative.
  • Bilingualism is required for candidates located in Quebec due to regular interactions with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • For candidates outside of Quebec, bilingualism in French and English is essential to manage Talent Acquisition files involving French-speaking clients from Quebec.
