Position Overview
We are seeking a committed individual to take on the role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist within our Human Resources division at Supported Lifestyles Ltd. This position is pivotal in identifying and securing outstanding candidates to support individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will collaborate closely with the HR Manager, engaging in a variety of recruitment initiatives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, screening, and interviewing prospective candidates
  • Conducting thorough reference checks and validating employment history
  • Assessing staffing requirements and proposing effective hiring strategies
  • Evaluating hiring metrics to ensure efficient position fulfillment
  • Presenting recruitment insights during management discussions
  • Keeping abreast of employment laws and regulatory changes
  • Providing recruitment updates to team members
  • Crafting job advertisements and recruitment collateral
  • Participating in career fairs and seeking innovative recruitment avenues
  • Designing and conducting recruitment training sessions

Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
