Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at 13619150 CANADA INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including budget and timeline updates.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material deliveries and equipment maintenance.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct individuals, including construction workers and other team members, to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction-related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located in various locations, and you will be required to work on-site, often in noisy and dusty environments.
