Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including production and other relevant data.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material ordering and equipment setup.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, and requisition or order materials and equipment as needed.
  • Lead and instruct individuals, and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located in various locations, and you will be required to work on-site, often in noisy and dusty environments.
