Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at 13619150 CANADA INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including ordering materials and equipment, and requisitioning supplies.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, as needed.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a variety of weather conditions.
