About the Role

Russell Tobin is seeking a seasoned Construction Site Superintendent to lead the delivery of Ground-Up & Interiors for Commercial Retail projects. This position requires extensive travel to various project sites, and candidates should be based within a 3-hour radius of the Windsor, Ontario area.

About the Company

Our client is a reputable general contractor with a strong portfolio of Ground-Up & Interiors projects in the Multifamily, Industrial, and Commercial sectors. They offer a unique opportunity to collaborate with the leadership team and have direct visibility to the company's development portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Ground-Up & Interiors for Commercial Retail projects above $10 million
  • Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and development
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Ground-Up & Interiors for commercial retail projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
