Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisition and equipment setup
- Estimate costs and materials, and ensure projects are completed within budget
- Prepare production and other reports as required
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
The successful candidate will work in a noisy and dusty construction environment, with varying work settings including commercial, residential, and various locations.
