Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Pet Valu. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Assign tasks and duties to sales associates, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a pet-related industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
