Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team at Renovco. As a key member of our accounting and administrative department, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and minimizing bad debt.
  • Record cash receipts and maintain an accurate and up-to-date accounting filing system.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
  • Perform other accounting-related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple files and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Acomba.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and French).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
