Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Professional to join our team at Renovco. As a key member of our accounting and administrative department, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and track accounts receivable, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record cash receipts and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient accounting filing system, ensuring easy access to financial information.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure projects are within budget and meet company margins.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in bookkeeping, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple files and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and meeting expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Acomba, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA or CMA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions.
