Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
  • Provide quotes and placements for insurance products, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and sales support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education.
  • A valid insurance license for the Province of Nova Scotia or willingness to obtain same.
  • Industry accreditation (CAIB, CIP) would be an asset.
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
