Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Foreman/Woman to join our team at Samsung SDSCA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Plans
Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Organize and Coordinate TasksOrganize tasks to accomplish the work, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Manage Operational LogisticsPlan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including the management of inventory, transportation, and storage.
Coordinate with Other DepartmentsCo-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Prepare and Submit ReportsPrepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, including metrics on productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Resolve Work ProblemsResolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Train and Develop StaffTrain workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Conduct Performance ReviewsConduct performance reviews to ensure that all staff are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesRequisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that all inventory is managed effectively and efficiently.
Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements- Education
College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency.
Work Hours40 hours per week.
