Grocery Store Team Leader

As a Grocery Store Team Leader at North Star Subs Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high standard of service. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and manage their daily activities.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire new staff and facilitate their training to ensure they meet company standards.
- Inventory Management: Order products and manage stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
- Returns Authorization: Approve the return of merchandise as necessary.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain work schedules for team members.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges effectively.
- Inventory Organization: Maintain an organized inventory system.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Work EnvironmentThis role requires working in a fast-paced environment, where you will need to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail. The position involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
