Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and oversee payroll administration.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 3-4 people supervised
- Permanent work term
- English language required
- 30 hours per week
