**Job Summary**
Giant Tiger is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grocery Supervisor to join our team. As a Grocery Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including buying, merchandising, and replenishment of products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the execution of the GT System
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Plan and set up sales events to drive sales and customer engagement
- Lead and motivate store associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the store owner to develop and implement business strategies
**Requirements:**
- 2 years of leadership experience in a retail or grocery environment
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Strong merchandising and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Physical Demands:**
The physical demands of this role include standing and walking for long periods, bending, twisting, and squatting, lifting and moving up to 18 kg (40 lbs), and performing tasks involving firm grasping and repetitive hand motions.
