Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales associates, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
