Sales Coordinator

At RONA inc., we're looking for a skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping our customers bring their dream projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop sales plans to reach annual sales and margin objectives
- Actively generate sales through qualifying potential customers, repeat customers, and referrals
- Execute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and on occasion in-home
- Produce design layouts with plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, proposing products available in store or through special orders
- Provide quotes to customers, including a detailed scope of work, project timelines, and financial proposal
- Liaise with customers and contractors at all phases of the project's realization to ensure superior customer satisfaction
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 3 years' experience in interior/exterior project sales and management
- Proven sales performance in previous roles, ideally in environments where financing is offered and guarantees are part of the offer
- Passion for design and home improvement
- Superior computer skills in recognized specialized design software and Microsoft Office Suite
