Commercial Account Coordinator

This role is responsible for fostering strong relationships with Commercial Accounts customers, working closely with accounts to coordinate vehicle sales, and ensuring efficient operational flow.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate account records and build positive customer relationships by resolving account issues efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with major commercial accounts, identifying opportunities to increase consignment levels.
- Review customer account records for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
- Communicate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure timely movement of vehicles and efficient reconditioning.
- Prepare sale vehicle run processes, including scheduling and notice to customers, in coordination with account administrators.
- Work with Lot Operations and Quadrant Coordinators to ensure accurate scanning and organization of account vehicles.
- Review vehicles in sale lineups, locate missing vehicles, and work with account representatives to ensure vehicles are ready for sale.
- Adhere to safety procedures and participate in safety activities to promote a safe work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-4 years of experience in the automobile industry or auction business required.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong organization skills and computer knowledge, including experience with AS400, preferred.
