About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Sales Coordinator to join our team at RONA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing sales plans to meet annual sales and margin objectives, generating sales through customer interactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales plans to achieve annual sales and margin objectives
  • Generate sales through customer interactions, including qualifying potential customers and repeat customers
  • Execute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and on-site visits
  • Produce design layouts with plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, proposing products available in store or through special orders
  • Provide quotes to customers, including a detailed scope of work, project timelines, and financial proposal
  • Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure superior customer satisfaction
  • Problem solve and advocate fairly for customers, contractors, and RONA
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • 3 years' experience in interior/exterior project sales and management
  • Proven sales performance in previous roles, ideally in environments where financing is offered and guarantees are part of the offer
  • Passion for design and home improvement
  • Superior computer skills in recognized specialized design software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior product expertise
  • Advanced project management knowledge
