Job Summary

This role is responsible for fostering strong relationships with Commercial Accounts customers, working closely with accounts to coordinate vehicle sales, and ensuring efficient operational flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate account records and build positive customer relationships by resolving account issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with major commercial accounts, identifying opportunities to increase consignment levels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and problems promptly, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Review and update customer account records, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and maintaining accurate files.
  • Collaborate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure timely movement of vehicles and efficient reconditioning processes.
  • Prepare sale vehicle run processes, including scheduling and notice to customers, in coordination with account administrators and procedures.
  • Work with Lot Operations and Quadrant Coordinators to ensure accurate scanning and organization of account vehicles.
  • Review vehicles in sale lineups, locate missing vehicles, and work with account representatives to ensure vehicles are ready for sale.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and participate in safety activities to promote a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the automobile industry or auction business required.
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong organizational skills and computer knowledge, including experience with AS400, preferred.
