We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Eastern Region. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including specification, engineering, agents, contractors, and distributors
  • Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Present new products and solutions to customers, end-users, specifiers, and engineers
  • Plan, monitor, and report on sales activities, results, and issues to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' sales experience in the lighting industry, with a focus on LED lighting sales and proven experience in specialty and custom lighting solutions
  • Good working knowledge of lighting controls and LED lighting
  • Excellent English and French verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and make presentations
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and respect
  • Ability to be strategic and organized in achieving goals and targets
  • Computer proficiency and strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive business information
