About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Check Point Software (Canada) Technologies Inc. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our products and services to existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Quoting: Accurately estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates for our products and services.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote our sales to existing clients and identify potential new clients to expand our customer base.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the most suitable goods or services.
  • Proposal Development: Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot problems related to our equipment and provide solutions to clients.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the activities of other Technical Sales Specialists, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
