Internal Communications Advisor (Hybrid/Remote)

Position Title: Internal Communications Advisor (Hybrid/Remote)

Employment Status: Long-Term Contract (Fixed Term)

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled professional to temporarily assume the position of Internal Communications Advisor. Your primary objective will be to foster an inclusive workplace culture while effectively communicating our HR, innovation, and technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy aimed at enhancing employee and management engagement, while promoting essential internal initiatives.
  • Create, manage, and execute various communication materials (such as press releases, newsletters, town hall presentations, FAQs, key messages, internal memos, and social media content) to support internal initiatives.
  • Assist in structuring, researching, writing, and formatting corporate and financial reports (including quarterly updates, annual reports, and corporate plans).
  • Manage corporate correspondence, including email oversight and follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including administrative duties like presentation formatting and coordinating with colleagues on communication tool production.
  • Ensure that all projects prioritize representation, accessibility, and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate teams to develop organization-wide strategic communications, ensuring alignment across all initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to managers on effective internal communication practices within the organization.
  • Innovate and execute high-impact initiatives that support the organization's strategic positioning.
  • Work in partnership with internal communications teams across different language services and collaborate with various departments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with leadership teams across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in internal and external communications.
  • Proven ability to navigate the complexities of communication within a large corporate setting.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and reading communication skills in both official languages.
  • Strong writing capabilities.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
