Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to Mundipharma International Limited and its associated companies
  • Undertake projects relating to corporate divestments and acquisitions, as well as company secretarial tasks
  • Act as advisor on legal issues involving government and regulatory compliance
  • Advises organizations on appropriate legal action to be taken in commercial/legal circumstances
  • Communicate with external professionals involved in corporate governance
  • Prepare and draft intercompany and other transactional legal agreements
  • Keep up to date with regulatory or statutory changes and policies
  • Draft and negotiate other contracts
  • Support other legal department initiatives

Requirements:

  • Pro-active with the ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with directors, shareholder representatives, and colleagues
  • Strong project and organizational management skills and proficiency in using spreadsheets and tables
  • Familiarity with Docusign and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Interest/Experience in mergers and acquisitions and financial related matters
  • Interest in international company secretarial experience in fast moving environment
