Project Estimator and Manager

ServiceMaster Restore is a comprehensive Disaster Recovery firm focused on water, fire, and mold remediation, reconstruction services, and general contracting. We are seeking a Project Estimator and Manager to become a vital part of our team, ensuring outstanding recovery services for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive scopes and estimates for both insurance-related and non-insurance restoration initiatives
  • Address emergency claims and assess the origin of damages
  • Oversee all aspects of projects to guarantee prompt restoration and client satisfaction
  • Facilitate project coordination with clients, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Track progress, expenses, and deliver consistent updates to clients
  • Engage in 'on-call' duties to manage emergencies

Required Qualifications:

  • Certifications from IICRC are advantageous
  • A minimum of one year of experience in insurance restoration or construction estimating/project management

This position entails a combination of site and office responsibilities, occasional use of tools and heavy machinery, and may necessitate working outside of standard hours.
