As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising production staff, preparing daily work orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and supervision of production staff
  • Prepare daily work orders
  • Provide quotes for carpet cleaning
  • Process timesheets daily for payroll purposes
  • Provide customer service both over the phone and in person
  • Site Health & Safety and ensuring all staff work in accordance with health and safety legislation
  • Warehouse management
  • Vehicle and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organization and administrative skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Level 1 Health & Safety certification and previous supervisory experience an asset

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
