Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Value Mobile. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
