Associate Vice President of IT

RVA is seeking an experienced Associate Vice President to lead our IT team and drive business growth through strategic technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with RVA's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and provide strategic direction to the IT department, including software development, infrastructure management, and data security.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that will drive business growth and support effective multi-site operations.
- Ensure all IT systems, processes, tools, and data security are connected and optimized to support RVA's needs.
- Manage IT staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximized technology investments.
- Negotiate with service and equipment providers to obtain favorable cost and other benefits related to software and licenses.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing IT function and directing a diverse IT team.
- Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and reducing IT risks, including cybersecurity threats.
- A thorough understanding of cybersecurity, software development, network administration, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with specialized Engineering software would be considered an asset.
