Job Title: Associate Vice-President, Customer Experience

As an Associate Vice-President, Customer Experience, you'll play a key role in leading our efforts to build and launch differentiating client experiences while ensuring the stability, security, and predictability of our customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals focused on the management and evolution of the US Wires Platform for TD.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to improve the overall scalability and functionality of the platform.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream technology partners to ensure the end-to-end design and delivery of new capabilities and enhancements.
  • Maintain relationships with the Federal Reserve and SWIFT on technology matters and other relevant payment participants.
  • Ensure strong financial oversight through end-to-end management of technology costs and delivery/project execution cost management.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in technology strategy and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
