Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Platform Manager to oversee the management and execution of digital solutions that align with Audi's strategic objectives in the North American Region (NAR). This pivotal role involves the development and upkeep of digital back-end technologies, ensuring seamless integration between Audi Canada, the US, and AUDI AG. The Digital Platform Manager will collaborate with various teams to design digital solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Platform Oversight: Lead the technical operations of Audi NAR's digital assets, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective technical solutions.
  • Operational Management: Monitor the performance, stability, and security of digital platforms, addressing issues promptly in collaboration with IT and vendor partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a technical liaison among IT, legal, marketing, and sales teams to launch new digital features while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze user engagement and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to team members on digital platforms and tools.

Digital Portfolio and Enterprise Architecture

  • Engage actively in the Audi Digital Portfolio Process, collaborating with business and delivery teams to prioritize digital initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and business teams to deliver compliant and functional digital solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards in conjunction with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Digital Reporting and Compliance

  • Monitor digital properties for uptime and content accuracy, providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to customer consent, data privacy, and accessibility requirements through ongoing collaboration with legal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of technical experience with a focus on leading projects and teams.
  • Strong technical background, including experience with APIs, JavaScript, and digital technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to stakeholders.
  • Experience in agile development and project management methodologies.
