Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Platform Manager to oversee the management and execution of digital initiatives that align with Audi's strategic objectives in the North American Region (NAR). This pivotal role will focus on the development and upkeep of digital back-end technologies, ensuring they effectively support our business goals and maintain alignment across Audi Canada, the US, and AUDI AG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Platform Oversight: Lead the technical operations of Audi NAR's digital assets, including brand and dealer websites, ensuring performance, stability, and security.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including IT, legal, marketing, and sales, to launch new digital features and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze user engagement and business KPIs to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to team members on digital tools and platforms.
  • Vendor Management: Foster relationships with external partners to drive innovation and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of technical experience, including leading projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including GraphQL, APIs, and platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and plans to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.
