Appliance Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team at Trail Appliances. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely delivering appliances to our customers' homes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Safely Deliver Appliances: Lift, carry, and deliver heavy appliances into customers' homes, ensuring a safe and efficient delivery process.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet and describe the delivery process to customers, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Operate Company Vehicles: Safely operate our 5-ton trucks, navigating city streets and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with Delivery Partners: Work with trained delivery partners to ensure seamless delivery processes and exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize Dispatch Software: Use state-of-the-art dispatch software to complete delivery processes and ensure efficient operations.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License: Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
- Experience Operating Large Vehicles: Have a minimum of 1 year of experience operating 5-ton trucks or other large vehicles.
- Physical Ability: Possess the physical ability to lift over 100 lbs and move large, heavy, and bulky items.
- Great People Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work well with others.
