Process Design Leader

BMO is seeking a Process Design Leader to join our Customer Shared Services team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading change management programs and communication strategies to effectively implement process improvements.

  • Identifying emerging trends and issues within the industry to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in process design and optimization within a financial services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant business domains and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of driving successful change initiatives.
