The Role

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of testers in ensuring the quality of Workday, Oracle HCM, Workiva, Alteryx Taleo, BillingCenter, and Finance application testing in the Insurance Landscape.
  • 15+ years of experience in testing and possess excellent Test Management Skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Strong domain knowledge of the London Markets is an added advantage.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 10 years of experience, ideally within a Quality Assurance / Testing role.
  • You have working knowledge of Test management, Workday Finance, Oracle HCM, Workiva, Alteryx Taleo, BillingCenter, Finance application testing, Test Management, and Test strategies.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
