Aviva's Personal Insurance Quality Assurance Role

Aviva is a company that values Care, Commitment, Community, and Confidence. We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) Specialist to perform audits and reviews in the Quebec region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead reviews of brokers, MGAs, and internal units to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Create and present reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and recommendations for action.
  • Develop action plans with partners to address identified issues and monitor plan implementation.
  • Support the team with projects, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure regional compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in underwriting, with a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Aviva systems and processes, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of audit processes and procedures, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Insurance/Risk Management Certification is an asset.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
