Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Quinte Physiotherapy Clinic Inc. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans under the guidance of our physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
  • Assist health care professionals with patient care, including setting up and dismantling equipment, administering evaluative tests and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Carry out treatment programs to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities, ensuring accurate documentation of patient progress.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, as well as process files and paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality, client focus, and a team player attitude.
