Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the rehabilitation of patients with various injuries or disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and work with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and assist in the development of treatment plans
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures, and document patient rehabilitation progress
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, and ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
