Position Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator at MNZ GLOBAL INC., you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our operational logistics. Your expertise will ensure that our supply chain processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate detailed plans to prioritize logistics tasks.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics operations effectively.
  • Track and finalize work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate activities.
  • Monitor the flow of supplies and materials across departments.
  • Execute routine clerical tasks to support logistics operations.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on logistics activities.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Coordinate the traffic flow of supplies to optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare and sustain progress reports and other documentation.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work among team members.
  • Follow up on outstanding issues related to work orders.
  • Keep meticulous records of shipments and deliveries.
  • Organize and manage inventory effectively.
Security and Safety Requirements
  • Completion of a criminal record check is mandatory.

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
