About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Vision Coatings Limited. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including warehouse and production teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
