  • Resource Estimation: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Staff Recruitment: Hire food service personnel as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to quality control standards.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for operations.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports.

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including:

The role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including:
