Food Service Manager

At Chucks Roadhouse, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu.
- Train and develop our team members in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage our food service staff to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure our food and service meet the highest expectations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery of food to our customers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate our team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk during busy periods.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure to meet customer demand and maintain high standards of quality and service.

- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- 30 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods.
