Food Service Manager

Chucks Roadhouse is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform tasks in a physically demanding environment.
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, and performing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- English.
- Permanent.
- 30 hours per week.
