Food Service Manager

Join our team at SUBWAY RESTAURANT as a Food Service Supervisor. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all food meets our quality standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
