Food Service Manager

Chucks Roadhouse is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service.
- Food Quality: Establish methods to meet work schedules, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding work environment.
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines. Must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent oral communication skills.
